2. How do I book a session?

Bookings can be made directly through our website by checking availability and selecting your preferred time slot.

Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.

3. Can I rent equipment with the studio?

Yes. We offer additional equipment hire subject to availability, including:

  • Professional lighting

  • Backdrops

  • Stands and modifiers

  • Selected production equipment

Equipment must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability.

4. What are your operating hours?

Our standard studio hours are:

Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Bookings outside of these hours may be arranged upon request and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Is parking available?

Paid parking options are available near the studio.

Full parking details and directions will be provided prior to your booking.

6. Can I bring my own equipment and props?

Yes. Clients are welcome to bring their own cameras, lighting, props, and styling equipment.

All items must be used safely and must not damage the studio, infinity cove, or facilities.

7. Are there any restrictions on projects?

We aim to maintain a professional and respectful environment.

The following are not permitted:

  • Illegal activities

  • Hazardous materials

  • Open flames or smoke effects without prior approval

  • Activities that may damage the infinity cove or studio structure

8. How many people are allowed in the studio?

The maximum capacity per booking is 8 people.

If additional individuals attend without prior approval:

  • They will be required to leave immediately, or

  • The booking may be terminated without refund or rescheduling.

Capacity limits are strictly enforced for safety and insurance purposes.

9. Do you offer discounts for regular clients?

Yes. We offer preferential rates for:
